Don’t Look at the Clock!

  Don’t look at the Clock!

It’s a distorted conception of Time, 

With its calculated numerical stress, 

And precise incessant ticking,

It meticulously metes out rationed portions.

As we mold ourselves within its limits.

There is no race against Time,

As it passes obliviously by,

We are left racing against ourselves,

And living in the Time of Now

Becomes a neglected, forgotten art.

Don’t look at the Clock!
Trapping you in its structured rhythm.

For as Time melts into mystical silence,

Absorb the space where Time is absent.

Look to the One who is Beyond Time,

Seek the Eternal One who is Timeless,

Free from the boundaries of Time.
